Boone County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Information here and through a linked tool may not be used for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or any other FCRA-covered purpose.
Information May Change
Government offices can change their records, schedules, contacts, and procedures without notice. A public roster may update after a delay. No promise is made that every detail on this site is current, complete, or error-free. Confirm practical details with the responsible office before visiting a facility, making a payment, or relying on a record.
Not Legal Advice
Nothing on this site is legal advice. A public-record reference cannot replace advice from a licensed attorney about a warrant, charge, records request, expungement, or other legal matter.
Third-Party Tools
Some pages include search boxes or links supplied by independent providers. Boone County Busted Mugshots does not control their results, charges, privacy practices, or availability. Review the provider’s own terms before submitting information or purchasing a product.
Outside Resources
Links can lead to jail rosters, booking reports, sheriff and corrections pages, federal locators, court resources, and other sites. Those resources are independently operated. This site is not responsible for their content, accuracy, security, or uptime.
No Official Records Hosted
This site does not host jail rosters, booking photographs, mugshot galleries, arrest records, or court files. It points to the offices and locators that may hold them. Current custody or a record request must be verified with the issuing office. An arrest, booking, charge, or news report is an accusation, not a conviction, and the court disposition controls the outcome.
